Street Fighter 2 (with characters from the video game of the same name) is, not surprisingly, about a street fighter named Ryu. The movie starts out with a fight between Ryu and another fighter named Sagat. Then it fast-forwards to the present. It turns out that since that fight, Ryu has been wandering the planet training and Sagat has joined a crime syndicate known as Shadow Law. Shadow Law uses brain-washed fighters to assassinate key political figures, so its Master, Bison, can take control. The next fighter Bison wants is Ryu, as he puts it "A man that can beat the crap out of Sagat is a man I want found". But unfortunately for Bison, he can't find Ryu. So he brainwashes Ryu's friend Ken because Ken is fighter who's power is supposedly equal to Ryu . To save Ken Ryu teams up with Guile and Chun Lee, operatives from Interpol. The brain-washed Ken fights Ryu but gains back his memory in time to help Ryu take down Bison.

My opinion:*** Street Fighter 2 the animated movie has OK animation and the music in the dubbed version that was released by Sony is some of the best music ever combined with an anime. The names that I used were from the English version.
